Hi All,
I hope you are all well and have held open the 3rd Sunday of July! Anytime after 1 pm.
For those whose mailing addresses I have, your invitation is in the mail, but I'm sending this to be sure to catch the rest of you.
As in other years, I'm happy if you want to extend this invitation to others, but please ask them to drop me an email so I have their contact info. And, if you're trying to time your visit to fit with the reading, it will be around 4 pm (limit one poem per person). As always, bring what you'd like to drink and a bit of food to share (nothing that needs utensils! — think veg & dip, crackers & cheese, cookies, etc.) No need to go overboard.
I'm really looking forward to seeing you all. In fact, I'm already receiving RSVPs.
Cheers,
Julie
PS. For those coming by TTC, various construction issues might mean that you choose the subway to Victoria Park Station and the 12 Kingston Road bus from there. It's about a 3 block walk down Victoria Park Avenue from where it turns at Kingston Road — but it is downhill.
